Aaron: Journey to the Cross
This audio snippet is from today which was Youth Sunday! This took months of prep and the students worked so hard on testimonies, worship, a skit, and the sermon. Aaron volunteered to speak on behalf of the students and prior to his talk is Jenna reading Matthew 16:24-25, NIV.
This was the first Fully-lead Sunday morning Youth worship, outside of the Sunday Evening Youth Edge services which occur quarterly. The students did a phenomenal job. I am so blessed and humbled to have the privilege of working with and seeing God through these incredible young people :). I love them!

Faith Like Abe.

At Youth Revolution we began our Fall Series: REVOLUTIONARIES. Revolutionaries are people that create change of good that reflect the truth of Christ's love around them. Yesterday we focused on two Abrahams: Abraham, Son of God and father of Isaac and Ishmael, AND Abraham Lincoln. Both of these men followed out the faith of change. Abraham gave all he had to God and trusted in him as he sacrificed His Son, Isaac, and God was pleased with his obedience and true faith to bring all to God. Just as well, the faith and leadership of Abraham Lincoln lead to the Emancipation Proclamation which abolished slavery and set innocent men and women free to live equally! Both Abrahams were agents of change. How are you changing the world around you?
